Meet Rev. Terri Williams

Rev. Terri K. Williams is diligent and intentional about spreading God’s word and passionate about growing disciples. As a lifelong churchgoer with a variety of religious experiences, Rev. Williams has become convinced that the abundance of grace espoused in the United Methodist faith is the answer to her prayers.
Born and raised in Baltimore, Rev. Williams is a 2021 graduate of Wesley Theological Seminary with an MDiv. She also has a MA in Church Ministries with a concentration in Church Administration from St. Mary’s Seminary & University and an MEd. in Guidance & Counseling from Loyola College, and a BS degree in Management from Coppin State College. She has recently completed her oral examination to be a provisional elder in the Baltimore-Washington Conference.
Rev. Terri has also worked for over 20 years in education, where she was a School Counselor, College Admissions Counselor, and more recently, a College Access Advisor. She returned to school in the fall of 2021 to begin her studies in pursuit of a DMin. from United Theological Seminary and will prayerfully graduate in the Spring of 2024.
Rev. Williams wants you to know that she sees herself as a child of God, daughter, sister, friend, and servant. She has a deep, abiding desire to help extend the Kingdom of God by sharing Christ with others through her words and actions.
She is beyond excited to continue her next steps in ministry as she currently has a 2-point charge with Crossroads Charge, where she pastors Salem UMC of Hebbville and Milford Mill UMC. She looks forward to encouraging people to grow spiritually, welcoming racial and ethnic diversity, embracing the strength and love of family, and empowering people to discover their purpose as they find freedom in their relationship with God. For anyone at a crossroad in life, she longs for them to find wholeness and healing.
